There are three options to receive an estimate for completing your quilt:

Download and complete the first page of the order form, then


U.S. Mail
Download and fill out the first page of the order form, and mail to:

When you receive the estimate, half the total amount must be sent with your quilt. The balance is due when the quilting is completed, before it is shipped back.
